Raptor Fall Restraints - Fall Protection
Working near the edge of a roof presents an extremely large risk. If you have employees working near the edge, you know OSHA requires the use of a tie-off point fall protection and these workers need to wear harnesses and lanyards. The biggest problem with this is, where do you tie-off? If you have a flat or low slope roof, the Raptor R1000 mobile fall protection cart is what you need. This cart provides fall restraint for 2 workers and fall arrest for 1 worker.
Here’s how it works; there are 2 tie-off rings on the side of the cart. You can have 2 employees attach their lanyards to the rings. If one of the workers fell, the Raptor claw located under the cart will trigger and embed itself into the substrate of the roof.
The Raptor claw along with the 800 pound cart will make sure your employee will be safe from the fall. In addition to providing fall protection for your employees, the cart has several options you can add. The single job box unit provides you with a 16 cu.ft. box for storing tools and supplies. The dual job box unit gives you the 16 cu.ft. box and a second 12 cu.ft. box for extra storage. On the single job box you can add either a generator (2500, 6000, or 9700 watt generator), or a 12,500 watt Titan heat welding generator option. Design the cart to meet your needs.
